Jon Sparling is the founder of Sparling Paralegal, established in 2011. With a robust background in the legal field, he is a trusted professional dedicated to providing quality legal services.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Windsor and a Paralegal diploma from St. Clair College. Jon focuses on Landlord-Tenant disputes and Small Claims matters, leveraging his extensive experience to assist clients effectively. Additionally, he has over 20 years of experience in the construction trades as a residential landlord, which enhances his practical understanding of related legal issues.

Evan Will
Evan Will is a dedicated legal professional with deep roots in Kingsville, Ontario, and has spent his entire life in Essex County. He holds degrees from both the University of Windsor and St. Clair College. Evan focuses on matters related to the Landlord and Tenant Board, with a particular emphasis on litigation.
Additionally, he serves as a residential private property manager, bringing a comprehensive understanding of residential tenancies from both practical and legal perspectives.
He is also currently an Instructor at St Clair College in the Paralegal program.
