Jon Sparling

Professional Background

Jon Sparling is a licensed Paralegal practicing in Windsor, Ontario. He founded the firm in 2011 and continues to oversee its legal services within the authorized scope of paralegal practice in Ontario.

Jon began working in local law offices while completing his Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Windsor. His early roles included trial aide, process server, and law clerk, with a focus on legal research, drafting, and court procedure. He later completed the Paralegal program at St. Clair College as part of its inaugural graduating class.

Since entering private practice, he has represented clients in Ontario Small Claims Court and before the Landlord and Tenant Board, assisting individuals and businesses with matters governed by provincial legislation and tribunal procedures.

Evan Will is a licensed Paralegal practicing from the firm’s Windsor, Ontario office and serving clients throughout Windsor and Essex County, including Kingsville and surrounding communities. His primary focus is litigation before the Landlord and Tenant Board within the authorized scope of paralegal practice in Ontario. He is licensed by the Law Society of Ontario.

Focused Practice: Landlord and Tenant Board Litigation

Evan provides representation in matters before the Landlord and Tenant Board, assisting clients with residential tenancy disputes governed by The Residential Tenancies Act. His work emphasizes procedural compliance, preparation, and clear presentation at hearings.
